[ncl-install] help installing NCL on Ubuntu 15.04

Good afternoon,


I am having major difficulties installing NCL on my machine.  I have tried all the preconfigured binaries and source code and cannot get NCL to run properly.  Is there any suggestions on how to get NCL set up for my version of Ubuntu?
