[ncl-install] ncl source install

Hi There,
 am having trouble installing ncl 6.2.1 on a unix box.
 libhlu is NOT being build. It appears that the cause of this is the the
following  files are missing from :
directory: *ncarg-6.2.1/ni/src/lib/hlu*
missing files:  *triangle.h,* *triangle.c*

Any help appreciated
