Erika,

I think it requires glibcxx 3.4.15 or later

You have to install a newer version of GCC, or re-download another ncl binary build which matches your glibc++ version, such as ncl_ncarg-6.3.0.Linux_RHEL5.11_x86_64_gcc412.tar.gz

Hallo,

Im tried to upgrade my ncl version from 6.2.0 to 6.3.0,

after installation, and tried to run ncl, I got following errors:

ncl: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.15' not found (required by ncl)


My system information:

$ uname -m
x86_64

$   cat /etc/issue
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago)
Kernel \r on an \m

$   gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-11)
Copyright (C) 2010 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is NO
warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


I have no found any problem with Installation with version 6.2.0, any help?
