[ncl-install] NCL 6.2.1 on Mac OS 10.7.5?

Hi Dave,

I'm afraid I no longer have my 10.7 system.  Our department will not
support older MacOS versions because of potential security risks.

I can help you install V6.2.1 on your Mac if you want to give the source
code build a go.
