[ncl-install] Installing NCL

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to enquire about installing ncl. I want to install ncl-ncarg
version 6.1.0. I downloaded and built non-optional package but I did not
download any optional package. After installation, I realized that the
absence of some commands like "ncl". I am also curious why this problem
occurred. I want to get information about it from you. I look forward to
hearing from you soon.
