Dear Mary:
I found your history answer to Opesh to solve "ncl on solaris 10 sparc core dumps".
And I follow your instruction to add option "-DNGLONG2XINT" to Line #StdDefines, then rebuid ncl.
    It works OK!
    Thanks!

Dear Mary:
I checked the Makefile of lib "hlu", it's gcc compiler used.
I wonder if the initialization of "hlu" depends on other libs, maybe it's fault of some dependent lib.
     Thanks again!
                                                             Best Regards
                                                             Sinsonglew
