[ncl-install] ncarg-6.1.0-beta link problem - redhat 64-bit - gfortran 4.7

I'm trying to link on redhat 64bit using the ncarg-6.1.0-beta binaries wiht
gfortran 4.7 and I get a undefined reference to cairo_clip_extents
and cairo_pattern_get_rgba.  I'm wondering what libs I need to include?
