[ncl-install] pre-compiled NCL binaries for X86_64 SUSE linux machines?

Oh, I see some of the Debian and Red Hat binaries are available for
X86_64 machines.
Unfortunately, I keep getting this error when I use any of them.

ncl: ncl: cannot execute [Exec format error]
