[ncl-install] FW: Installing NCL from a pre-compiled binary

You can see which non-opendap libraries we have by going to www.earthsystemgrid.org
and clicking on this series of links:
NCL: NCAR Command Language -> NCL Version 5.2.0 -> NCL Version
5.2.0 precompiled binaries, not OPeNDAP enabled -> Download files
for this collection
At this point you will be prompted for your ESG login and password.
I believe the
"ncl_ncarg-5.2.0.Linux_Debian_x86_64_nodap_gcc412.tar.gz" file should
work for you.
