[ncl-install] Cannot install NCL 5.2.0 binaries on RHEL 4 while 5.1.x did work before

Glad to hear this.

I will try to remember to create a gcc3.4.6 binary the next time we release a new version of NCL, assuming we still have that version of gcc!
