[ncl-install] add to NCL-install problem-undefined reference to `_gfortran_copy_string'

hi,
   sorry i forgot to say: my os is Fedora9. and gcc version is 4.3.0. i
think i installed Inter Fortran Compiler properly, 'cause I typed "ifort" in
my xterm, and it worked.
