[ncl-install] udunits v.2.1.2 struct utUnit missing member origin

Hi Marcin,
Thanks for the heads up on this. I will change the documentation to
indicate that Udunits 1.x should be used. I haven't tried V2 myself.
For the next release of NCL, we'll see about using this version.
