[ncl-install] diagnostics_cam.ncl

Hi,

Congratulation for yours hard work in development diagnostics_cam.ncl library. I test this library and in line 804, 805, 1096, 1101, 1106, 1112, 1121, 1350, 1460, 3141 and 3179 apparently have a syntax error. So can you could try to check? Thank you very much.
