[ncl-install] Linux 5.1.0

Hi-
I just built the source code distribution for my 64 bit Linux system.
When I run ncl, it errors:
Warning:Unable to load system resource file
Ncl 0>

But still starts.


Is this warning referring to the hlures file? Or is this something
different?
