[ncl-install] X11 problem on install

Hi Brian,

Did you mean to use "-L/usr/X11R6/lib64" instead?  You may need to  
modify your config file to reflect this.

If you did mean to use /usr/X11R6/lib, then what do you see in there  
with regard to files that start with "lib"? You should at least see  
something like:

libX11.a
libX11.so -> libX11.so.6.2*
libX11.so.6 -> libX11.so.6.2*
libX11.so.6.2*
