[Narccap-announce] AMS annual meeting abstract submission deadline: now Aug. 8!

Hello all,

Just wanted to let you know that the abstract submission deadline for 
the AMS annual meeting has been extended!  It's now August 8th!

If you're as busy as we are right now trying to make the IPCC WG1 paper 
submission deadline on July 31, perhaps you're as relieved as we are 
that the AMS pushed it back like it always does.

It should be an exciting year for our session -- the first AMS with a 
complete set of NARCCAP simulations available!

P.S.  Here's how to find the NARCCAP session when you go to submit your 
abstract:

  1) Start here: <https://ams.confex.com/ams/93Annual/oasys.epl>
It's the page you should get after clicking on submit new abstract.

2) Select the "25th Conference on Climate Variability and Change".
That will bring you to "Topic Selection".

3) Topics are in alphabetical order.  A little over half-way down the 
page you'll find the NARCCAP session.  Select it, then scroll to the 
bottom and select "Save and Continue", and then keep going.
