  Initial Request

Good morning,

My name is Abdou Aziz Coly and I am a student from Senegal.
I am trying to install MET for an evaluation forecast but building
met-10.0.1 in my computer does not succeed, because the "<prefix>/bin"
directory does not contain 36 executables.
