To Whom It May Concern:
I encountered some problems to produce figures through
>bash mv_batch_on_aws.sh ho-chun.huang
/gpfs/dell2/stmp/Ho-Chun.Huang/figure_csi_201908 plot_hysplit_dust_csi.xml
XML and log file are attached.
I run plot_20200121_142450 xml script (with changes of the first few
lines) in batch mode and it was okay to get figure from batch job.
The attached xml is similar to plot_20200121_142450, except the
<data_file>plot_G246.data</data_file>
<plot_file>plot_G246.png</plot_file>
<r_file>plot_G246.R</r_file>
and the error message is looking for
In file(file, "rt") :
cannot open file '/data/mv_data/ho-chun.huang/data/plot_G246.data': No
such file or directory
My old scripts was working as long as "plot_G246" is consistent of the
three lines. Please help me to find a solution to this problem. Thank you

During the testing I delete a line that I think is needed, even though
it
does not complain about the missing , <rscript>Rscript</rscript>
Please ignore the attached file in the original submission. Please
examine
the current attached file for problem.
