Hello,
I'm trying to use Metplus v2.2 in WCOSS Phase3. I see here
(/gpfs/dell2/emc/verification/noscrub/Julie.Prestopnik/METplus/)
that you only have Metplus v3 or v2.1. I'll be ok with using either but I'm
new to Metplus and all I know is from the user guide here

Can you tell me for v3 which modules in WCOSS phase 3? and in terms of
setup what is the difference with v2.2

Hello Tatiana,
We recommend that you use the latest version of METplus, v3.0 as it
addresses many issues that were found with the previous version, as
well as
support for more wrappers to MET tools. I don't know which WCOSS host
you
are using, but if you look at the following page, it lists which WCOSS
hosts have METplus installed and the modules you will need to load:

0-existing-builds-metplus-3-0-installations
The differences between the 2.1 version and the 3.0 version are too
numerous to enumerate, but you can read the release notes at the
GitHub
repository, under the Releases tab to see whether the use case and/or
wrappers you are using are affected by the new version:

We have also updated the user's guide, which is located here:
https://ncar.github.io/METplus/Users_Guide/index.html
Hopefully, you'll find the "Python Wrappers" and "METplus Use Cases"
chapters to be very useful.
