Initial Request
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
I'm unable to access your DTC site from WPC at https://dtcenter.org/met/users/.
This has been the case for at least several days and is the case with
multiple WPC computers.
I always access the MET tutoral via the web rather than downloading it, so
this has affected my ability to develop code.
Related to this, I am using MTD to track model/observation data. The model
data is over just a small subset of CONUS while the observation data is
over all of CONUS. Would I be able to remove the observation data where
there is missing model data? I know the answer to this is "yes" for other
MET software, but without access to the tutorial, I do not know how to do
this within MTD.
As always, thank you for your help!
Mike

Mike,
Our apologies for the outage. Our web-server had a critical failure
earlier in the week. Our IT staff is working as quickly as they can
to
transfer content. We have a request in to find out when it will come
back
up. We'll let you know what we find out.
Cheers, Tara

Mike,
Just heard from our IT. They think it will likely be up tomorrow.
Hopefully that will be timely enough for what you need to do.
Thanks, Tara

Hello,
The web server that hosts the DTC web pages will be replaced with a
new
host and is currently off-line to transfer files. We did not
anticipate
that the process would take this long and have no estimated time for
completion. I have attached the MET User's Guide in PDF format, to
hopefully allow you to seek the answers to your MTD questions.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
Minna

Mike,
The MET website should now be accessible. I'll go ahead and resolve
this
ticket. But just let us know if you run into any more problems.
Thanks,
John
