Hello. I'm having trouble loading VSDBs to the existing database
mv_ylin_pcp on the NCEP MetViewer server, with messages like this:
17:22:25 INFO line_data_ssvar_fcst_init_beg_idx: 0:00:00.001
17:22:25 ERROR DROP INDEX line_data_enscnt_fcst_lead_idx ON
line_data_enscnt ;
17:22:25 ERROR ** ERROR: caught class java.lang.Exception applying
index line
_data_enscnt_fcst_lead_idx: caught SQLException calling executeUpdate:
Error wri
ting file './mv_ylin_pcp/#sql-1bf5_551c.frm' (Errcode: 28)
17:22:25 INFO line_data_enscnt_fcst_lead_idx: 0:00:00.001
My load script: /metviewer/staging/wd22yl/load_test.xml_ying, with
drop_indexes set to 'true'
Output: /metviewer/staging/wd22yl/out.load/loadlog.20170601-20170617
The job produced the error messages within the first second or so, then
got stuck at the first model ('cmc') for hours, until I killed the job.
Thanks,
Ying

Ying,
Errcode: 28 - means that no space left on device.
I checked the size of MySQL databases and it is 202.5GB and 170GB of
indexes.
The biggest space consumer is mv_emc_g2o - 156GB.
