Initial Request

Hi,
I am attempting to adjust the Y2 axis limits on one of my reliability
diagrams (attached). At the last EMC MET telecon, I found out that it is
possible to modify the Y2 axis by editing the R script file. I've attached
the R script file as well as the corresponding xml file - I retrieved them
from the NCEP web instance of METViewer.
I took a look at the R script and found a section titled "determine and set
the limits for the y2 axis" (lines 335-340). However, I am unfamiliar with
R and am not sure what to modify to manually set the y2 axis limits. It
doesn't look as simple as specifying min = 0 and max = 20.
Thanks!
Ben Blake

Ben,
Just closing the loop on this met_help ticket. As we discussed in
person,
updating the Rscript by adding a "ylim" argument to the call to
"barplot"
function fixes this. Also, we set "xpd = FALSE" to keep the bars
inside
the plotting region.
I'll go ahead and resolve this ticket now.
Thanks,
John
