Scott,

No, I have never had any issues running copygb.  I suspect it may be a
permissions issue.  Perhaps the copygb executable is owned by root and
the permissions are set so that only root can execute it.
  If you have systems administration support, I would suggest asking
them for help.

compiled
version.
