Hello

Now, I study Model evaluation tools (MET) but I found a problem about
grib input from WRF ARW. I want to combine Rainc and Rainnc for total
precipitation (Grib code 61) . What will I do? please

                                                    Thank you

sujira,

If you have output from WRF-ARW in GRIB format, I assumed you've post-
processed the WRF NetCDF output file using the Unified Post-Processor
(UPP). One of the outputs of UPP is likely total
precipitation, or APCP (GRIB code 61). Use wgrib to inventory your
GRIB file to see if UPP is present in the output:

    wgrib file.grb | grep APCP

If not, please look at the UPP documentation to see how to configure
it to output APCP.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
