hello!
I have get the result (the attachment )using the test data,  and plot the data using  plot_mpr.R<http://www.dtcenter.org/met/users/downloads/Rscripts/plot_mpr.R> of my sh-script after installing the R
but it show some error:

Error: unexpected symbol in "Script started"
Execution halted

I donot know what  reason is?

Qiang,

Sorry I don't know.  I ran the data you sent as follows:

Rscript plot_mpr.R *_mpr.txt

And it produced the attached output file.  Nowhere in the plot.sh or
plot_mpr.R script do I see a mention of the string "Script started".
Did you perhaps modify your local copy of plot_mpr.R in some
way to cause the error?

I'd suggest grepping through your scripts looking for one that
includes "Script started".  That's likely the source of the error.
