[Met_help] point stat definitely won't use multiple forecast files?

Mike,
Grid-Stat and Point-Stat are meant to be run to do verification over a user-defined area at a single valid time. Their output STAT files can be aggregated using the STAT-Analysis tool to aggregate
performance through time.
