[Met_help] MET Mode Tutorial

[Craig, Robert J Civ USAF AFWA 2 WXG/WEA]

In the MET package we downloaded, I haven't been able to find the fcst
and observation files for the tutorial mentioned in the METV2.0 Mode
tutorial.  Do I have to download these files or are they in the tar ball
somewhere?
