[Met_help] point_stat in v2 Beta

Jonathan,

Hmmm.  That should still be working.  Glad you caught it.  I'll look into
it and try to figure out what happened.

When you request wind speed (WIND), MET looks for it in the input files. 
If it can't find it, it is supposed to retrieve U and V instead and derive
wind speed.

I'll let you know.
