[Met_help] Info about Grid Stat Result

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  I was out of the office last Friday.

To answer your questions...

Yes, using mask_grids[] = "FULL" means that the statistics will be aggregated over the entire input domain.  So all the matched pairs that are found inside the forecast domain will be used in the
computations.

You could use "mask_stations" to indicate that you'd like to see the results separately for each of the stations you list in the file specified by "mask_stations".

For example, suppose you create a file named "mask_stations.txt" which contains the following:
STATION1 STATION2 STATION3, where these are the names of the stations in which you're interested.

Then you run Point-Stat with:
mask_grids = [ "FULL" ]
mask_stations = "mask_stations.txt"

In your output, you should see statistics for the following 4 regions:
FULL, STATION1, STATION2, and STATION3

So Point-Stat can be run just once, but using multiple verification regions.  Does that answer your question?
