[Met_help] archived prepbufr data (UNCLASSIFIED)

Barb,

Using the GDAS data should be fine, as long as it's in PrepBufr format.

In fact, I believe we've run with GDAS PrepBufr obs here in the past.  So I don't think you'll have a problem.
