[Met_help] METv1.0 compile problem...

Ron,

You'll need to build the BUFRLIB library before compiling MET.  Please
refer to section 2.6 of the MET User's Guide for instructions on how to
build BUFRLIB.

You can find the user's guide in the METv1.0/doc directory or via the MET
website at:
http://www.dtcenter.org/met/users/docs/users_guide/MET_Users_Guide_v1.0.pdf

When you build BUFRLIB, the file "libbufr.a" will be created.  In the MET
Makefile, set the BUFR_LIBS parameter to the directory which contains that
file "libbufr.a".
