[Met_help] Different architectures

A couple of more things...
I don't think we've had anyone try SUSE 10.x, so please let us know how
it goes!
Also, I just remembered, the only module that uses a Fortran compiler is
pb2nc (for the BUFR lib link), so you really don't need any fortran
compiler, as long as you don't compile pb2nc in the Makefile.
