[Met_help] known problem but not solution for pb2nc on a 64-bit machine (UNCLASSIFIED)

Barbara,

I wanted to let you know that I'm in the process of doing more testing here on this issue.

I've gained access to a 64-bit machine but it's not quite configured correctly yet.  I'll let you know when I make some progress.
