Hi-
I fixed my compilation problem by adding the optional flag -lgslcblas in the
CXX_FLAGS. I was using the c++ compiler. Let me know if you would like to
see my Makefile for PGI for reference.
Thanks

Subject: Compilation problems

I am trying to compile the softare. I had to add gsl, but chose not to add
prepbufr, so I made the change in the makefile.

However, it looks like GSL is giving me issues for compiling the pcp_combine
program:
Libgsl.so: undefined reference to 'cblas_scasum' ; and a whole host of other
cblas_ references.

GSL compiled normally. I am working on a red hat enterprise linux 64 bit
Dell.

Any advice on what could be wrong?
Thanks
