[Met_help] GSL Developer's Verison for MET

Hello,

 

This may be a silly question, but I am trying to find the *developer's
version* of GSL. I have found a series of GSL releases at
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gsl/, but nothing to indicate that they are the
developer's version. Is this the correct ftp site? If not, could you
point me to the correct one?
