I haven't read the full article yet, but it seems to be thoughtfully
written.

Also, I recommend *signing up regularly for workshops and attending
discussions at conferences on diversity and inclusion. *It is an on-going
learning process, particularly for people who are of majority identities
like myself, and hearing different perspectives over time on various issues
gives a lot of insights.
