[Grad-postdoc-assn] DBAMS May Webinar - Wildfires and Weather

Hello DBAMS members and friends!

We will have our May DBAMS webinar on *Thursday May 28th at 6:30pm Mountain
Time* on Wildfires and Weather 🔥🌲!

Fire Weather Program Leader Lisa Kriederman will discuss her job as an
incident meteorologist providing onsite weather expertise to help
firefighters, emergency managers, and the public make safe and appropriate
decisions during wildfires; and Bill Ott will provide his perspective on
fire weather as a retired U.S. Forest Service senior advisor who oversaw
all the preparedness, mobilization, and suppression activities for
management of wildland fires in the eleven national forests located
throughout Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Kansas, and Nebraska.
