Hi Team,

Stephen, nice presentation and good survey of the issues surrounding 
support.
I believe that a good solution is to hack askbot such that tags are 
associated with people (sets of emails) and then when an issue is posted 
notifications are set out to people based on the associated tags.  This 
won't preclude others from answering and interacting with askbot to 
answer questions, and it provided directed "assignment" of issues to 
whom can best answer.

I believe this is the best balance of concerns.
