[Go-essp-tech] CMIP5 Node Status - wiki page

Hi All,

The wiki doesn't have any limit to the number of revisions... we might
have to clean up every now and then but this could be done yearly.
The access times are very erratic as they vary from second to second.
But as the script retrieves the main catalog before the CMIP5 root one
containing all datasets, the retrieval should always go pretty fast.
Anything more than 10s is definitely a problem and will be marked as
such (I think 3s might be more appropriate as a limit...)

Anyway, I'm glad it's useful. If anyone has any improvement ideas,
please let me know.

I was tempted to use it like a Nagios system sending an Email to the
data node owners from those data nodes not responding... but because I
have no state it means the script would be sending an email every 30
Minutes... and besides that I would need the agreement of the data node
administrator...

Thanks,
Estani
