[Go-essp-tech] Adjustments to ESG version numbers of MOHC datasets.

A review of the dataset version numbers  for MOHC data at BADC has exposed some discrepancy between the ESG version numbers, i.e. those displayed by ESGF gateways and datanodes, and the version number assigned by BADC in the DRS directory structure.

These version numbers have now been adjusted to be consistent with the versions embedded in the DRS directory structure at BADC.  No data has been deprecated or retracted in this process and all MOHC data downloaded so far remains valid unless explicitly superseded by a newer version.  

>From the end-user's perspective this means that some wget scripts generated prior to the BADC maintenance downtime last week will have looked inconsistent.  For instance the dataset with ESG version-id

  cmip5.output1.MOHC.HadGEM2-ES.piControl.mon.aerosol.aero.r1i1p1.v20110405

would have had download URL paths with DRS structure something like

  .../HadHEM2-ES/piControl/mon/aerosol/aero/r1i1p1/v20110329/...

Similar inconsistencies were visible in the THREDDS catalogs on the BADC datanode and metadata displayed at ESGF Gateways.  In all cases the version number displayed in the DRS URL path should be taken as definitive.

 1. The ESG version number on all TAMIP datasets have been adjusted  from v20110325 to v20110126
 2. Versions of MOHC datasets at with ESG version v20110405 have been adjusted as described below
