[Go-essp-tech] Expected BADC ESGF system downtime

There will be a short period of downtime of the BADC production datanode later this morning between 11:30am GMT and 12:00 GMT.  Following this the test BADC systems (cmip-gw2.badc.rl.ac.uk and cmip-dn1.badc.rl.ac.uk) will be undergoing maintenance for the rest of the day and probably tomorrow.
