[Go-essp-tech] DML version with catalog browsing

Hello,

We have a new version of DMLhttp://datagrid.lbl.gov/dml4/jnlp/dml.html  which supports catalog browsing.
Currently it only connects to NASA-JPL catalog. We will enable catalog browsing for other gateway as soon as they are available.

Tutorial on how to use it is included in the link.
