The CMIP5 HelpDesk is getting pretty busy now. I'm thinking we will need a end-user centric FAQ soon to stop ourselves drowning in repeat queries. One possibility is a stackoverflow-style Q&A site where experienced users can help answer the questions.

What do people think of http://www.osqa.net? (live example at http://meta.osqa.net). This could be deployed at BADC quite easily. It would take some customising but could be extremely powerful.

Maybe we can fit a quick discussion in on this in the telco today.

Cheers,
Stephen.
