[Go-essp-tech] QC L2 Checks -update

Hi all,

I've updated the wiki page at http://proj.badc.rl.ac.uk/go-essp/wiki/CMIP5/QualityControl, under the section "Quality Control Developments".



This includes more details of the improvements made to the software by Martina and HdH, and our experience of installing/testing the QC software on data from HadGEM2-ES experiments.



Attached to the page are 2 pdf files containing the graphical output of the QC checks for the 'picontrol' and 'historical' experiments (note that the legend has been omitted for clarity ; for reference red=max, black=mean, blue=min),
