The Gateway download page does indicate whether the MyProxy step is 
needed.  If any of the Wget script files require a MyProxy certificate 
(eg: 1 or more is not token-based) a link with descriptive text to 
"Launch MyProxyLogon" as a "first" step is shown.  If not, the 
MyProxyLogon link and related description are not displayed in the 
download page.
