[Go-essp-tech] Transition to CMIP5 production status

Hi Bryan,

    I think we are all in concurrence with this. The next go-essp-tech
meeting this coming Tuesday is already scheduled to address the below (i.e.,
Help Desk: user query). The upgrade software plan was touched upon at the
last meeting but nothing surfaced in detail. I think we can facilitate this
topic at the next go-essp-tech discussion too (Eric and Gavin from the
ESG-CET team should lead this part of the discussion. Please work together
to bring to the table a presentable plan.)
