[Go-essp-tech] Status of Gateway 2.0 (another use case)

Hi

Is the data in http://cmip-pcmdi.llnl.gov/cmip5/esg_tables/esg_static_table.html available as csv, json or via a web-service.  If so then I think that it would be interesting to start creating some visualisations using: http://mbostock.github.com/d3/ex/  Such visualisations could also be useful for public dissemination purposes particularly if accompanied by metrics such as dataset size.
