[Go-essp-tech] Summary of the QC metadata display location decision

Hi Everyone,


I wanted to summarize for the community a decision that was made on  
the go-essp-tech call today with respect to data QC metadata and the  
location such metadata should be displayed.

Since this data is going to eventually exist on the granularity of a  
dataset, it was decided that the metadata should exist on the data  
page that describes that dataset and NOT on the trackback pages  
describing the simulation metadata.
