[Go-essp-tech] ESG-F Telco postponed

After talking to Dean we've decided to postpone the Telco this week
which was to be "Overarching Discussion".  Since there has been no
agenda posted there wouldn't have been anything prepared and key people
may not be available.  Everyone's time is very precious right now so any
discussion must be focussed.
 
Next week (Feb 9th) we will discuss the ESG release schedule and the
following week we'd like to revisit Replication (Feb 16th).
