Unfortunately it's not completely defined yet, also because new
requirements keep popping up all the time. The goal is to have
everything
working by March, when the system goes operational, and to work on all
pieces of functionality as their criticality is bumped up the stack.

Actually the OAI functionality should working just fine, although we
need to test it extensively in a deployed environment, with different
administrators running the harvesting as they please.

Versioning should be in by January 15th also, according to the plan...
